On Friday, May 17, 2024, students from St. Mark Preparatory College, a Kakata-based non-governmental organization under the Liberian Youth Network (LIYONET), embarked on a sightseeing visit to the Freeport of Monrovia.

This visit aligns with the National Port Authority’s commitment to social corporate responsibility and supports the school’s mission to promote youth participation in sustainable development. The initiative aims to cultivate responsible citizens and effective leaders among the children and youth.

Upon arrival at the Port’s facility, the students were warmly welcomed by James Richard Bernard, Deputy Managing Director for Administration, representing Managing Director Sekou A. M. Dukuly.
