The Government of the Republic of Liberia through the National Port Authority intends to apportion part of its revenue for Fiscal Years 2015/2016 towards the Construction of Rigid Pavement, Streetlights, Sidewalks and Drainages in the Freeport of Monrovia under the contract IFB No NPA/ICB/002/15/16.
