Port of Harper

Located near the border with Ivory Coast in the southeastern region of Liberia, about 761.6 kilometers from Monrovia, the Port of Harper is an essential part of the NPA’s network1.

The Port of Harper is situated in the southeastern region of Liberia, close to the Ivory Coast border, approximately 761.6 kilometers from the Port of Monrovia.

The Port was constructed on Rocky Russwurm Island by connecting the island to the mainland with a causeway and constructing a 150-meter-long breakwater.
