The National Port Authority (NPA) operates a fully functional Customer Service Department at all major ports in Liberia, with its central office situated at the corporate headquarters at the Freeport Monrovia port.

The responsibilities of the Customer Service Department include:

  • Acting as a liaison between customers/clients and management.
  • Ensuring that companies engaged in business with NPA receive the full range of services outlined in their contracts.
  • Managing all complaints or inquiries at NPA, thereby serving as the primary point of contact for review.

The Customer Service Department is dedicated to promptly and efficiently resolving customer/client complaints.
